As we complete the first year of the Empowering UF project implementation, the project team put the finishing touches on configuration workbooks that will help inform the initial system build this fall to meet the needs of the UF community. During initial Design this spring, the team hosted 84 HR, payroll, finance and cross-functional sessions with leaders and stakeholders from throughout the UF community who reviewed Workday capabilities and shared feedback to guide our next steps. These user group sessions resulted in lively discussions with thoughtful suggestions and questions. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this inclusive process.
