Transition Plan

The current Enterprise Resource Planning, or ERP, system — myUFL — will be retired in summer 2027. The Empowering UF team will assess the functions provided by PeopleSoft and other systems at UF to determine which will move to Workday to streamline processes and performance for the best possible user experience.

These systems are expected to move to Workday:

The following systems have already been transitioned:

• Online Promotion and Tenure was moved to the Faculty Excellence and Advancement system, powered by Academic Analytics (2024).

• Security Role Requests moved to UF Sailpoint Identity Now (2024).

• Data Hub moved to UF OneLake, powered by Snowflake (2023).

Some colleges and units may also have Secondary Systems they maintain that will be impacted by the transition. View slides from the October 2025 Secondary Systems Information Session to learn more about plans to support this transition.

ONE.UF	myTraining myTraining will transition to Workday after Workday goes live in July 2027, but we will continue to use SumTotal until a date TBD after go-live.
