The current Enterprise Resource Planning, or ERP, system — myUFL — will be retired in summer 2027. The Empowering UF team will assess the functions provided by PeopleSoft and other systems at UF to determine which will move to Workday to streamline processes and performance for the best possible user experience.

**Travel authorizations (called Spend Authorizations in Workday) and expense reports will be done in Workday; we will retain our current state booking tool.
***myTraining will transition to Workday after Workday goes live in July 2027, but we will continue to use SumTotal until a date TBD after go-live.
