Formal Workday training will begin in early 2027 with online courses and instruction guides. In late spring 2027, there will be instructor-led virtual training. This formal training will be based on your security roles in the Workday system.
Core Concepts
The following Workday core concepts serve as the foundation of the new platform. They provide the structure for how we will manage and access data across human resources (or human capital management, abbreviated as HCM, payroll, finance and research. Workday will offer an intuitive, modern system; customized business processes; and real-time reporting.
