Three new early learning courses are now available in myTraining, giving the UF community an opportunity to preview the Workday experience and build familiarity with the new platform. Whether you are new to Workday or want to learn more about how it will support your work, these courses offer a helpful introduction to what’s ahead:
Workday Navigation, Search and Features (UF_WKD001_OLT)
Welcome to Workday! This course introduces the key navigation tools and features you’ll use to get around the system and find information efficiently. You’ll learn how to customize your experience, search, sort and filter information, manage tasks and notifications, use tools to view and work with data and access your profile and account settings.

Overview of Workday Financial Management (UF_FIN001_OLT)
Recommended for users who work with financial information, this course provides a foundational overview of Workday Finance and the Foundation Data Model (FDM), including how financial transactions are organized, processed and reported.

Overview of Workday for Human Capital Management (HCM) (UF_HCM001_OLT)
This course is recommended for UF employees involved in HR functions and provides an overview of how HCM (human resource operations) is organized in Workday, basic functions and reporting. It is recommended that this course is taken as a prerequisite to all other HCM courses. Whether you are a new hire completing onboarding tasks, an HR professional managing employee records or a manager approving time, this course is your starting point.
