Transition Plan

Because the current ERP system – myUFL – will be retired in the summer of 2027, the functionality currently provided by PeopleSoft and other systems that interact with it need to be evaluated to determine how they will function either within Workday or with Workday. As decisions and plans are made, more information will be added to this page throughout the project’s lifecycle.

The functionalities listed below are expected to move to Workday in the summer of 2027. The goal is to streamline the processes and functionality.

Happening Now

The following systems have been evaluated and plans are underway for transitions described below.

  • Security Role Requests: Will move from PeopleSoft to Identity Now (Sailpoint), Fall 2024
  • Data Hub: Moving to UF OneLake, powered by Snowflake, underway
