Transition Plan

Because the current ERP system – myUFL – will be retired in the summer of 2027, the functionality currently provided by PeopleSoft and other systems used by UF needs to be evaluated for premium user experience. The functionalities listed below are expected to move to Workday in the summer of 2027. The goal is to streamline the processes and functionality.

The following systems have been or will be transitioned:

• Online Promotion and Tenure: Will move to Faculty Excellence and Advancement system, powered by Academic Analytics, Spring 2025

• Security Role Requests: Moved to UF Sailpoint Identity Now , Fall 2024

• Data Hub: Moving to UF OneLake, powered by Snowflake
