Our inclusive approach

The Empowering UF team is engaging the UF community through a variety of methods to ensure we are including as many voices and perspectives as possible to help shape our work. Here are a couple of examples from our fall activities.

In October, our 100+ member Change Agent Network gathered for its second quarterly meeting, during which the Empowering UF team provided project updates, resources and practical ways to begin to prepare their peers for the Workday implementation. We’ve also hosted dozens of individual Change Agent chat sessions at locations throughout UF to connect personally and understand each area’s unique opportunities and challenges.

The Nov. 6 Gator Business Administrator Services Fall Institute at Emerson Alumni Hall provided 250 HR, fiscal and research staff with Workday demonstrations and introductions to core Workday concepts and business processes. Due to the overwhelming response to this in-person meeting, we have shared recordings on our website.
