Change Agent Network

The Empowering UF Change Agent Network comprises a community of UF employees selected to represent units and colleges and champion the university’s transition to Workday in July 2027. Change Agents will help foster communication, increase awareness, solicit feedback, provide support, build readiness and drive buy-in among their colleagues.

Goals

  • Understand and increase awareness of the Workday implementation: Change Agents will have early opportunities to understand the Workday implementation and share information with their colleagues to increase user readiness and adoption.
  • Amplify concerns and mitigate risks: Change Agents will seek to understand issues, risks and questions from their colleagues and be involved in the process to reduce vulnerabilities and weaknesses prior to the transition.
  • Gauge sentiments: Change Agents will continuously keep a pulse on how their colleagues are feeling and share this feedback with the Empowering UF Organizational Change Management team.
  • Fuel readiness: Change Agents will help share the right information at the right time with their colleagues so they are prepared to adopt and embrace Workday.
  • Offer tailored support: Change Agents will help answer questions and provide more personalized support to their colleges and units prior to and following the transition in July 2027.
