Tell us about your role in Human Resources.
My role involves providing strategic and operational leadership for the College of Medicine’s HR team, including our HR Business Partners, Transaction Center, and Centers of Expertise for Employee Relations, Immigration and Compliance and Benefits. I ensure we deliver effective, compliant, and customer-focused HR services.

How will Workday benefit UF?
I am most excited about how Workday will integrate and streamline processes that currently require multiple systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work for our teams. For the College of Medicine, I see Workday improving data accuracy, supporting better decision-making and creating a more seamless experience for employees and HR staff alike.
