Meet Empowering UF Change Agent Kimberly Morabito, MBA, Director of the Shared Services Center in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences

Kimberly Morabito is proud to represent the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a Change Agent. As the project progresses, she will be a valued go-to person for her colleagues to help them prepare and embrace new technology.

What do you do for your college?
In my role, I provide leadership and oversight for a team of staff who process all fiscal and HR transactions for 24 academic departments within the college. Our office also supports the college’s international engagement by managing visa processing for faculty and visiting scholars. I ensure that our operations are accurate, efficient and compliant with institutional, state and federal requirements, while fostering a high level of customer service to departments and faculty.

What excites you about our journey to Workday?
I am most excited to learn how Workday will enhance our processes and overall efficiency. I look forward to seeing how having information centralized in one system will make our work more streamlined, accurate and easier to manage across the college and university. I think Workday will benefit our college by streamlining processes, improving overall efficiency, and making information more accessible by having everything in one place. This will allow us to work more effectively and provide better support to faculty, staff, and students.

We’re pleased to have you among our Change Agent Network!
I am proud to serve as a Change Agent for the college because it allows me to support my colleagues as they transition into Workday. In this role, I can provide guidance, answer questions and help ease the learning curve, ensuring that the college adapts successfully to this important change.
