When we say Internal Service Delivery, we mean …  

• Setting up an established Internal Service Providers (ISP) to bill internal units/departments
• Using Catalog Items with established FSEA rates to charge internal units​ 
• Creating Internal Service Deliveries (ISD) for ISPs to record revenue and expenses, itemized by distinct goods and services provided​

Internal Service Provider (ISP)

Mechanism within an organization that allows for the management and delivery of services internally, including the creation of internal service delivery documents.
